As a key member of our team, you will be the face and voice of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. To succeed in this role, you should be: Exceptionally skilled in customer service, with a proven track record of maintaining a friendly demeanor over the phone, even in challenging situations. A punctual and proven team player, with a strong collaborative spirit and a willingness to go the extra mile to support your colleagues. Radiating positivity and fun, with a vibrant energy that uplifts everyone around you and creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike. Educationally equipped with a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in fundamental academic skills and a desire to continuously learn and grow. A proficient typist, with a typing speed that exceeds 40 words per minute and the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information. Flexible and proactive, with a mindset that adapts seamlessly to changing situations and embraces challenges with enthusiasm and creativity. Experienced in call centers or customer service (preferred but not required), with a background that could give you an edge in understanding customer needs and delivering personalized support. Technologically adept, with computer skills that are impressive and a willingness to learn and master new systems and tools. Competent in Spanish (highly advantageous but not mandatory), with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and provide tailored support. Available on weekends, with a willingness to work Saturdays or both Saturdays and Sundays, and a flexibility that allows you to adapt to changing shift needs. What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Rocking the phones like a pro, supporting small business owners, and providing personalized service and support. Scheduling appointments like a boss, handling tasks efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and team members. Spreading positivity and confidence, boosting customer morale nationwide, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel valued and appreciated. Additional Information This is a full-time, 40-hour position, with a starting pay of $15.00-$16.00 per hour. We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Shifts are available between 9 am and 8 pm, with weekend availability required. Our work setting is in-person, with an opportunity to work from home after training, and our work location is in Ogden, UT 84404.
