About the Role: Customer Service Representative We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our existing Health Mart Atlas members. You will be the primary point of contact for answering inbound calls and emails, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing immediate answers, conducting additional research within internal systems, or triaging with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments. Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails left for the department, and participate in call campaigns. Provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution to issues. Respond to inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends. Once tenured in the role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 3+ years of related experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry. Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-up skills to effectively interact with members and internal stakeholders. The ability to work in a fully remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
