Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded Collaborate with the appraisal and consulting team to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive solutions to clients Use the provided resources and tools effectively to address client questions and provide accurate information about our services Document and track client interactions and inquiries to ensure effective follow-up and resolution of issues Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provideogle provide informed responses to client inquiries Continuously identify opportunities to improve the live chat support process and contribute to its enhancement Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills.
