As a key member of our operations and sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, assisting with math tutoring, customer service, sales, and operational tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting sales outreach, data entry, and digital marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Positively interact and engage with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, answering any inquiries, and taking the time to get to know the families * Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program * Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities * Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews * Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels * Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching * Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra * 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task efficiently * Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills * Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable * Availability to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday-Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and support * Strong math skills, with the ability to conduct student assessments and grading **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
