Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Member Services We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Services Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Member Florists, responding to inquiries, resolving order disputes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility and convenience of working remotely while being part of a dynamic and welcoming team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to questions regarding member statements and florist order disputes via email and phone, providing professional and timely assistance. Professionally respond to incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently. Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by members prior to submission. Accurately document all calls in the 360 application, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Consistently achieve key indicators and performance standards as defined by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Provide customers with quality service by following defined company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience. Read and retain information from departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials to effectively service customers and stay up-to-date on industry developments. Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with members of management and peer coaching, to enhance skills and knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Inbound call center experience desirable, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation, with excellent technical skills and the ability to learn new systems and software. Clear problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions, with a strong focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent grammar skills, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Clear speaking voice, with good listening skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing for extended periods. Ability to handle pressure professionally and exhibit a calm disposition, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to show empathy and be persuasive, with a strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently. Knowledge of the floral gifting industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Experience with internal computer applications and software, with a strong ability to learn new systems and technologies.
