Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service while assisting with general mortgage inquiries, concerns, and light collections efforts as needed. Your primary goal will be to ensure quick and effective solutions are provided to each customer, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and responding to internal and external customer emails and voicemails. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and early-stage delinquent accounts, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Effectively respond to internal and external customer emails and voicemails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Assist with a variety of customer inquiries, including but not limited to escrow, payment transactions, ARM changes, payoff requests, and other inquiries, demonstrating a thorough understanding of mortgage servicing processes and procedures. Self-motivate and multi-task with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet performance goals and objectives. Perform other duties and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Mortgage Servicing experience is required, with a strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations and laws. Escrow and MSP/Blacknight experience is a plus, demonstrating a higher level of expertise and knowledge in mortgage servicing. Bilingual - Spanish speaking is highly preferred, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, ensuring accurate and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. A Bachelor's Degree or similar is preferred, demonstrating a strong educational foundation and commitment to professional development. Compensation and Benefits The base pay for this role is $20 per hour for non-Spanish speaking representatives and $21 per hour for Spanish speaking representatives. In addition to the hourly rate, Customer Service Representatives are also eligible to receive a monthly incentive bonus plan, recognizing and rewarding your contributions and achievements.
