Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a night shift role, covering the hours of 11pm to 8am, and you will be working on a shift rotation with a team of dedicated night shift representatives. Your primary goal will be to understand and address the needs, complaints, or other issues our customers may have with our products or services, ensuring that every interaction is positive and resolves their inquiry fully. Key Responsibilities Respond efficiently and accurately to customer contacts, explaining all possible solutions in a courteous and professional manner. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients to ensure a positive experience. Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality. Understand and strive to comply with or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service, balancing quality and quantity effectively. Participate in all training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of blithequark, our products, and your position, demonstrating a growth and learning mindset. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and contributing to a positive and respectful work environment. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with exceptional customer service skills and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment. Troubleshooting technical skills are a plus, and you should have great communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in computers, especially our CRM and tools. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience (Contact Center or Retail). Exceptional Customer Service Skills. Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with computers, especially our CRM and tools. Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer with repetitive hand and wrist movement. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated fluency in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of iCasino and Online Sports Betting. Experience with multiple platforms/operating systems and basic troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing industry.
