**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Processing and Account Management**

We're proud to offer a dynamic work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and creativity. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, managing account relationships, and ensuring accurate and efficient production processes. You'll work closely with our account managers to facilitate purchase orders, verify accuracy, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer orders generated by account managers, ensuring accurate and efficient production processes * Verify accuracy of orders over $5000 and document releases from inventory * Manage internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and FSI/FSC records * Assist account managers with checking emails and voice mails, making relevant decisions, and assuming AM responsibilities when necessary * Evaluate and verify purchase order correspondence with quotations, resolving any questions or issues that may arise * Prepare materials for return to customers and document Haz-Mat orders * Order marketing materials and perform additional tasks as required and delegated by the Director of Sales * Work in compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures at all times * Collaborate with the estimating department as needed to ensure seamless production processes **Essential Qualifications** * High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required * Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) preferred * 2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field * Bronze designation on ACT will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail * Strong time management and prioritization skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and other computer software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a manufacturing or production environment * Knowledge of production capabilities and product offerings * Familiarity with arenaflex's operating systems and software * Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Accuracy: Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly * Active Listening: Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others * Communication, Oral: Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word * Communication, Written: Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely * Detail Oriented: Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task * Financial Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain economic and accounting information, prepare and manage budgets, and make sound long-term investment decisions * Organized: Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task * Project Management: Ability to organize and direct a project to completion * Problem Solving: Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems * Safety Awareness: Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety * Time Management: Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines * Working Under Pressure: Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and creativity * Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results, fostering a culture of innovation, and building long-lasting relationships with our customers * We offer a climate-controlled manufacturing office with a collaborative and supportive work environment * arenaflex is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $18.58 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) and 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Employee assistance program + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Paid training + Tuition reimbursement + Vision insurance **Schedule and Work Location** * 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday * Day shift * In-person work location **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering results, we want to hear from you!
