As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the care and support they deserve, and that their needs are met with empathy, understanding, and professionalism. About the Role We are building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who rely on life-sustaining medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, handling inbound calls from patients who are in need of assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve patient inquiries on the first call, and ensure timely delivery of their medications. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from patients, providing empathetic and professional support to address their concerns and resolve their issues Process prescription refills, manage order status, and handle insurance coverage inquiries Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and resolve any issues that may arise Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and patient satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of customer service experience, technical skills, and a passion for helping others. The following qualifications are required: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment 6+ months of high-volume call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. The training schedule is as follows: Monday to Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST Once you have completed your training, you will be assigned to a schedule that includes overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is between $17.02 and $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and location.
