As a Concierge Associate, you will play a pivotal role in digitally engaging with our members, providing them with the support and guidance they need to navigate their healthcare benefits and find the right care for their needs. This role is centered around delivering exceptional service via phone, chat, and email, making you the voice of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Delivering outstanding service to our members through multiple channels (phone, chat, email), offering education and personalized guidance to help them understand their benefits and find the appropriate healthcare provider. Adhering to and suggesting improvements for best practices in handling member inquiries, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of arenaflex. Maintaining meticulous organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including but not limited to Zendesk and G Suite, to ensure seamless operations and efficient member support. Relaying valuable feedback from members to our product and operations teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of arenaflex's solutions and services. Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and problem-solving skills under pressure. Developing and maintaining a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying updated on industry developments to provide informed support to our members. The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
