Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Utilize customer service software and the Microsoft Office suite to manage customer interactions and resolve issues Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives Multitask and work under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. A customer-oriented and empathetic approach is essential, as well as proficiency in using customer service software and the Microsoft Office suite. Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Essential Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under pressure Customer-oriented and empathetic approach Proficiency in using customer service software and the Microsoft Office suite High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service role Experience working in a remote or contract role Familiarity with customer service software and technology Requirements and Technical Specifications To be considered for this role, you must not live in the following states: New York, California, Maryland, Wisconsin, or Connecticut. You must also be willing to pass a background check at your own cost of $30 and complete a customer service skills assessment to be placed. Additionally, you will need to have a Windows PC 7, 8, or 10, a 2nd monitor, and be at least 18 years old. As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes.
