Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Ability to stay calm and composed when customers are stressed or upset, maintaining a professional demeanor and providing empathetic support. Working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms, with experience in handling customer support needs of US/UK clients. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues effectively. Experience in handling E-commerce/SaaS businesses is a plus, with a strong understanding of the industry and its unique challenges. Experience working remotely is also a plus, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently with minimal supervision. Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues. A backup plan in case of outages, including a reliable internet connection, hardware, and power, to minimize downtime and ensure continuous support.
