You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. This is a remote inbound call center position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to meet specific standards and goals * Provide professional customer service and product consultation during interactions with customers, peers, management, and other departments * Assist the department in meeting customer service goals and service level agreements * Achieve all requirements outlined in the Call Center Department Handbook * Serve customers through a variety of methods, including in-person, by phone, through emails, in writing, web-forms, and using chat * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service * Process orders, respond to inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information according to procedure * Make decisions on customer requests using established guidelines * Take accountability to follow through on all issues * Meet requirements as set by the contract, which may be subject to change * Learn and continue to reinforce current product knowledge relative to customer needs and inquiries * Utilize reference materials to assist and resolve any inquiries * Maintain the strictest confidentiality and privacy of customer and agency information * Perform other relevant duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred * Prior customer service experience desired * Proficiency in basic computer skills * Ability to type 30 wpm * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Ability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including variable shifts * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet navigation **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual capability a plus * Prior use of Assistive Technology, most notably with JAWS and MAGIC for visual adaptation * Experience working in a call center environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet navigation * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
