Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to inbound phone and video calls, as well as live chats, to assist customers with their queries and concerns * Providing accurate and timely solutions to customer issues, while also escalating complex issues to senior agents or management as needed * Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a fair and professional manner * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations * Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge **Qualifications** To be successful as a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will need to possess a combination of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Some of the key qualifications for this role include: * 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with a focus on call center or phone support experience * A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette, with excellent communication and computer skills * Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute * A strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being a team player * A willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments * A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service **Technical Requirements** To ensure that you have the necessary technical requirements to perform your job duties, you will need to meet the following specifications: * CPU: i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors * Internet Download Speed: 5Mbs down speed minimum * Internet Upload Speed: 3Mbs up speed minimum * Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max * OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit) * RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended * Home office setup with ethernet cord and a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes * Desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes **Remote Work Environment** As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the ability to choose your own hours and schedule.
