Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be expected to work Monday through Friday, either from 11am-8:30pm EST or 9am-5:30pm PST. Key Responsibilities Become thoroughly knowledgeable of our Customer Service Procedures Manuals and maintain a current knowledge base as procedural changes occur. Demonstrate a strong work ethic by coming to work as scheduled, starting work on time, attending meetings, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner, and working overtime as required. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the Customer Service Department policies and procedures, as well as arenaflex's overall policies and procedures, as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Pay close attention to detail, completing paperwork accurately, neatly, and fully. Be flexible and willing to work in different areas as assigned, and demonstrate a positive attitude when working with co-workers and supervisors. Respond appropriately to coaching and instructions from supervisors, and follow the Standards of Conduct as outlined in the latest version of the arenaflex Employee Handbook. Build and maintain knowledge of arenaflex product names, codes, and numbers to ensure efficient and accurate order entry. Promote arenaflex's Mission and Values, including an accountable, innovative, and results-oriented culture that prioritizes customer service, openness, teamwork, mutual trust, and respect. Participate in all required training and development programs, and support colleagues, trainers, and management in these efforts. Exhibit good telephone etiquette skills, communicate effectively, and possess a pleasant, friendly telephone voice. Maintain a professional attitude when under stress, facing deadlines, or dealing with problems, and demonstrate good judgment in these situations. Enter orders accurately and quickly, with attention to detail, and follow department procedures and company policy, including completing all paperwork fully. Understand, retain, and utilize company and product information to assist customers with orders or questions, such as up-selling new products, offering alternative products when requested products are out of stock, or advising customers when they are close to a discount. Take initiative to consult with the Customer Service Lead or supervisor on customer issues, considering applicable arenaflex guidelines and the objective to be achieved by offering a solution. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and be able to perform the essential duties of the job through a combination of training, education, and/or experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are essential for success in this role. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
