Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer issues, resolving problems, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer issues and resolve problems using smart customer-focused decision-making skills Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer to research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Previous customer service experience required Excellent communication skills and ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency and ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a global healthcare company Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour Weekly pay Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire Career Growth and Development: Temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development Opportunities for training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Career advancement opportunities within the company Work Environment and Culture: Remote work opportunity with flexible schedule Collaborative and dynamic work environment Company culture that values diversity, inclusion, and respect Why Join Blithequark?
