Your key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming communications through various channels (phone calls, text, chat, and written communications) to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our consumer products. Analyzing consumer concerns, recommending appropriate actions, and formulating alternative solutions to ensure problems are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. Providing comprehensive information, support, and guidance to consumers, addressing their queries, and enhancing their overall experience. Managing quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to our Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining a superior level of customer service etiquette. Accurately documenting all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating follow-up actions as necessary. Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, using appropriate grammar and word choices in all customer interactions. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, adhering to specifications, standards, and procedures in all tasks. Actively listening to customers, asking clarifying questions, and adjusting communication styles as needed to ensure effective resolution of issues. Fostering a positive and respectful work environment, contributing to workplace harmony. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: What We're Looking For To excel as a Customer Service Representative at Stafford Communications, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a relevant field, though not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to reflect and respond appropriately to customer inquiries. The capacity to maintain professional behavior under stress, navigating complex situations with empathy and patience. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously, including CRM Software, ACD System, Email, and Web Browser.
