About Our Remote Team blithequark's work-from-home team spans across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. While we're currently not hiring from certain geographies, including AK, CA, HI, or outside the United States, residents of other states can explore this exciting opportunity. We may consider candidates from CO, FL, IL, MA, NJ, NY, WA, and Washington, D.C. based on special business needs. Your Role: Making a Difference in Customer Experience As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in your work. Whether it's answering customer queries, offering product guidance, or resolving issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customer queries Demonstrate product or service knowledge to customers, addressing their concerns and needs Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience What You Bring to the Role To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer interactions A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational education The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, highlighting your capacity for learning and growth Computer savvy, with the ability to navigate various software and systems Essential Equipment To work effectively from home, you'll need: A reliable internet connection with a speed of > 15 Mbps, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset, excluding Bluetooth headsets) A smartphone or device running IOS or Android for daily log-in What You Can Expect from blithequark At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career growth and well-being.
