As a blithequark contractor, you'll be part of a dynamic, supportive community that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer service representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Schedule and Flexibility** We understand that flexibility is essential for achieving work-life balance. As a blithequark contractor, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible work hours available during weekdays and daytime. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays, you'll have the flexibility to adjust your schedule to suit your needs. **Earnings and Revenue** Contract earnings with blithequark vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed as a customer service representative with blithequark, you'll need: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Technology and Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need: * A quiet and secure work environment during working hours * A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity * Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need: * A quiet, uninterrupted space * An organized desk area **Contractual Relationship** As a blithequark contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. **Important Information** We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
