Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranties, and answering questions in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Educate customers about their warranties, providing clear and concise information to ensure they understand their coverage Manage customer conflict and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction targets and productivity metrics Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer interactions and resolve issues effectively Essential Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role, with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in challenging situations Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
