Role Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative working remotely in Virginia, you will be the spark that brightens days and ignites your career with our award-winning employment experience. You will have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing them with peace of mind and ensuring that their experience with our company is nothing short of exceptional. Your day will be filled with opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, whether it's answering incoming communications, conducting research to provide answers, or resolving issues with compassion and a smile. Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism Consult with customers on products and services, providing personalized recommendations and solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
