About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining itineraries, requesting refunds, and reporting travel issues. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and provide personalized support and solutions Review customer history as necessary to resolve issues efficiently Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm travel itineraries, and process refunds as needed Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) to resolve customer issues or confirm travel arrangements Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve customer service processes Flexible Scheduling and Remote Work Benefits At blithequark, we understand the importance of work-life balance and flexibility. About You To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess excellent customer service skills, strong geographical knowledge, and prior customer service experience. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly desirable. You should be an effective communicator, able to listen actively, empathize with customers, and provide solutions to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you'll need to be self-directed, able to work independently, and proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications seamlessly.
