Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional support across multiple communication channels. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, reflecting our commitment to patient-centric care. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you reside in the State of Oklahoma. Key Responsibilities Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand's values and commitment to care. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and other digital platforms, ensuring seamless support and follow-up as needed. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to answer customer questions accurately and provide valuable insights and recommendations. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all customer transactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, utilizing our systems to track and analyze customer service metrics. Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues, provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Reside in the State of Oklahoma full-time, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements, including high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a direct connection to the router. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers in a highly transactional environment. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with frustrated customers, and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues. High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in a related field preferred. Ability to attend 4 weeks of virtual training between the hours of 8-5 CST, followed by a permanent schedule that may include evenings and weekends, starting as early as 7 am CST and ending as late as 7 pm CST. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a health care or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of claims processing, medical terminology, and health care operations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional results.
