Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting, contributing to a positive customer shopping experience. Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more, ensuring a clean and safe store environment. Essential Qualifications Great communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation, ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality. Enjoys working in a team environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register, with accuracy and efficiency. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $15.00 to $18.75, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Additionally, associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
