As a virtual assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, managing guest relations, and contributing to the growth and success of our operations. If you're a highly skilled and versatile individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a customer service representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Guest Relations** + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or chat + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support and service + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms * **Company Tasks** + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * **Language Skills**: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT * **Availability**: Availability to work part-time, temporary position with the possibility of transitioning to a more permanent schedule in January 2025 * **Time Zone**: Availability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones * **Shift Availability**: Availability to work Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST, with potential for additional part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial in this role: * **Experience**: Experience working in customer service, guest relations, or a related field * **Skills**: Proficiency in business financials/accounting, 3rd party vendor relations, and maintenance labor management * **Certifications**: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, guest relations, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to guests * **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
