Your primary focus will be on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while also ensuring that our patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. * Work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. * Ensure that our patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies. * Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information. * Provide customer education and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist. * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. * Must reside in the state of Nevada. * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
