Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries, and authorizing sales * Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information and records * Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence * Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and perform tasks **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues * Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook * Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience * Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location **Our Way of Working** As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home. Our team will provide you with the necessary equipment, technology, and support to succeed in this role. Occasionally, you may be required to meet in person for training or other purposes, so you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD. **What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role** To be considered for this role, you must: * Be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act * Have 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience * Live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location * Be 18 years old or older * Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process * New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles * Employees, Level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months of time in position before they can post * All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from their manager to post **Legal Authorization and Reasonable Accommodation** Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. arenaflex will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
