Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to provide exceptional service that sets us apart from the rest. **Job Summary** We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing support to participants regarding initial and continuing eligibility for income maintenance programs related to medical services. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for gathering, verifying, and evaluating social, financial, and medical information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of participant inquiries and annual reviews. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering calls from participants regarding initial and continuing eligibility for income maintenance programs related to medical services * Gathering, verifying, evaluating, and entering necessary social, financial, and medical information into various applications * Maintaining complete and accurate computerized records of participant interactions * Performing a variety of diverse tasks while continuing to maintain currency and accuracy of program requirements * Ensuring timely processing of participant inquiries and annual reviews to meet client needs and program mandates * Meeting or exceeding daily standards for performance, accuracy, customer service, and quality **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Basic office and computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and data entry * Exceptional communications and customer service skills, including the ability to handle client behaviors such as fear, hostility, and aggression * Knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles used in the calculation of public assistance benefits * High-speed internet, quiet space with a door to safeguard equipment and modem/router to hard wire phone * Knowledge of the general provisions, objectives, and philosophy of public assistance programs * Ability to multitask and resolve issues when necessary * Excellent attendance with no absences during the 6-8 week training period * Clean background and ability to pass drug screening **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment * Familiarity with public assistance programs and their requirements * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and data entry software **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills, including empathy and conflict resolution **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
