Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer service and sales calls with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Provide detailed information about Legal Shield's services, billing, and payment processes to customers. Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective solutions. Identify sales opportunities and promote Legal Shield's services to potential and existing customers. Maintain a thorough understanding of Legal Shield's offerings to effectively communicate value to customers. Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business objectives. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you must have: A minimum of 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficient computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. The capacity to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues with poise and professionalism. A commitment to maintaining customer and client confidentiality. Preferred qualifications include: At least 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
