Key Responsibilities Analyze account activity applying SAP, Excel, and Microsoft BI to inform data-driven decisions Make account decisions that drive growth and ease of doing business, presenting findings to management on account trends and activity Build ad hoc reports to support order management and use CI to drive reduction in order fill-rate and on-time customer fines Develop relationships with key cross-functional leaders across all channels, using account knowledge to positively represent arenaflex during customer inquiries and complaint resolution Participate in account long and short-term business planning, effectively connecting with customers, agencies, sales, and other departments throughout the organization Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines Education and Experience The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university and at least two years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft products, is preferred. The incumbent should have the ability to balance multiple tasks, make business decisions, and demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
