Job Overview As a Customer Service Submission Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. You will be the primary point of contact for customers calling in for support, and your role will involve conducting outbound calls, validating and reviewing paperwork, and submitting accurate documentation for further review. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times to validate and review paperwork using screen-sharing software Submit accurate paperwork for further review, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate Update and maintain customer account information as needed, ensuring that all records are current and accurate Identify and resolve document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions Expedite corrections or adjustments as necessary, and rebook appointments if needed to address document issues Multitask efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously Maintain a dependable schedule for customer appointments, ensuring prompt and reliable service to all customers Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives, accessing company and client resources as needed Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service or customer support experience required 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors Previous remote work from home experience a plus Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and excellent attention to detail A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the firearms industry or a related field Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
