You'll work closely with our internal teams, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, and patients, to address their needs accurately and efficiently. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests * Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures * Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Provide additional customer education and information as needed * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment preferred * Current or previous arenaflex experience * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, communications) * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong multitasking and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
