E-mail & Chat Support: Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts, addressing customer questions and issues with clarity and precision, and properly entering customer information and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system. Skill Improvement: Continually strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, by attending training classes and completing assigned exercises. Communication: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager, and communicate trends, issues, and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management. Support Coworkers: Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Maintain Positive Working Relationships: Help maintain and ensure positive working relationships with support clients, adhering to the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures. Productivity and Accuracy: Maintain departmental productivity standards while exhibiting accuracy in the applicable ticketing system, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and resolved efficiently.
