With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and growth, arenaflex offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact. **Key Responsibilities** As our first Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Communicating with customers via live chat or email, resolving any problems they may encounter, and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction with our app. * Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist our customers and stay up-to-date with the latest developments. * Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product, driving innovation and growth. * Participating in non-Customer Support related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, creating mockups, and other projects that align with your skills and interests. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike. * A passion for helping others and a strong desire to solve problems and make a positive impact. * The ability to handle challenging situations and "hard" customers (although we're proud to say we have very few of those!). * Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about our app and the Shopify ecosystem. * Comfort with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed. * Ability to write technical documentation and articles, and a willingness to take on non-Customer Support related tasks as needed. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial: * Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization. * Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms. * Proficiency in additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian. * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a member of the arenaflex team, you can expect: * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth. * A flexible and remote-friendly work arrangement, with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm). * Opportunities to try new things, take on new challenges, and explore different aspects of our business. * A culture that values initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn and adapt. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
