About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers. As the first full-time customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founder and play a critical role in shaping our support team. Your primary responsibilities will include learning our software product, answering support questions, and helping to maintain our help center documentation. You will also be involved in testing the product and reporting any issues you find, which will help you become familiar with the platform and contribute to its continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Learn the software product and start answering support questions in a timely and professional manner Help write and maintain the help center documentation to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly Test the product and report any issues you find, providing detailed feedback to our development team Collaborate with our founder and other team members to continuously improve our customer support processes and procedures Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluent, native-like English being essential. Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and online course platforms is highly desirable, as is a basic understanding of how DNS works, including setting up DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records.
