Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: To be based in the United States and legally eligible to work, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your shift, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Proficient in using technology and software for remote communication, with a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms. High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred, and a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
