This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity, available to candidates based in the USA only, reporting to our experienced Customer Success Manager. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding our products and services in a timely and professional manner Interacting with customers, our Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution Providing ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues, leveraging your technical expertise and excellent communication skills Logging all calls and support requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data-driven decision making Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of inbound customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong PC skills, including proficiency in standard MS Office applications, with knowledge of Salesforce being a significant plus The ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and performance targets Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements outlined above, we are looking for candidates who possess: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent active listening and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease A strong team player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve shared goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
