Experienced Customer Accounts Advisor – Driving Customer Satisfaction and Lease Agreement Renewals through Exceptional Coaching and Relationship Building

We are now seeking an experienced Customer Accounts Advisor to join our team and play a vital role in driving payment collections, lease agreement renewals, and ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with our products. The Role As a Customer Accounts Advisor at arenaflex, you will serve as a coach to our customers, building relationships over the phone and face-to-face to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for understanding lease agreement benefits, ensuring customers are aware of the advantages of timely payments, and driving lease agreement renewals. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and ability to navigate difficult conversations will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts, including maintaining updated customer information in our store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) through home visits and over the phone Selling customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments Assisting the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals Assisting with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management Cleaning and certifying merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned Completing and maintaining weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets daily Loading, securing, and protecting product in company vehicles Safely operating company vehicles Assisting the Sales Team as needed Performing any reasonable duties requested by management Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 21 years old (or 18 years old in Canada) with a valid state Driver's License and compliance with arenaflex's Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory MVR (driving record) Meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States) Ability to work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitask effectively Proper telephone etiquette Uphold the arenaflex brand and protect company assets Maintain a professional appearance Proficient computer skills Essential Qualifications In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will possess: Strong multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills Ability to connect and relate well to people, demonstrate empathy, and listen attentively Ability to explain complex information in a simple and easy-to-understand manner Ability to successfully navigate difficult conversations and resolve customer complaints What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary range of $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, as well as incentive pay based on performance.
