We believe that every interaction, every conversation, and every decision we make has the power to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails, chats, and other forms of communication * Helping customers navigate their healthcare plans, including explaining coverage options, benefits, and eligibility * Identifying and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support * Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support to customers * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and other productivity tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) * Experience working with healthcare or insurance software, including electronic health records (EHRs) and claims management systems * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and performance indicators **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
