About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join the arenaflex team in a fully remote capacity, specifically as part of our LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex's platform. Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform, utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills. Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Identify and document any software bugs or issues for the development team, contributing to the platform's growth and stability. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new features, best practices, and knowledge base articles to enhance your support capabilities. What Makes You a Great Fit? To excel in this role, you should have: Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues efficiently. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
