As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers, answering incoming calls related to the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and participating in outbound call campaigns. Proficient with computers, with good typing skills and the ability to navigate software and tools with ease. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a college financial aid office or administrative office, with knowledge of college financial aid and admissions processes. Previous experience with the FAFSA, with a strong understanding of the application process and requirements.
