Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a vital member of our membership development and administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, ensuring seamless communication, and driving membership growth. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support, including responding to member inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications. Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our Salesforce CRM system. Assist with member communication activities, including emails, zoom calls, and other digital platforms. Collect and analyze data, track membership statistics, and prepare reports on key metrics to inform membership development strategies. Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve membership goals. Collaborate with the finance department to track membership revenue and update reports, ensuring accurate financial records. Prepare membership marketing materials, including promotional content and event support materials. Coordinate current member service programs, focusing on relationship building, onboarding, and engagement to drive member retention and satisfaction. Actively participate in crafting membership development strategies, including networking and event planning to expand our membership base. Provide event support, assisting programming staff at onsite and virtual membership-related events, and fielding member inquiries to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with at least two years of related work experience in membership development, association, or nonprofit sectors. Excellent customer service skills, with a solutions-based attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences. Experience working cross-functionally in teams, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and membership databases. Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively and professionally, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Cvent, Canva, Sprout Social, and Salesforce is highly desirable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
