About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Patient Customer Service Support Representatives. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Management Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a commitment to first-call resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain performance goals and consistently strive for excellence in all aspects of your role. Participate in a structured training program to become proficient in our processes and systems, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous medical and/or call center experience is highly desirable, although not essential. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed). Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a healthcare or medical billing environment, with a strong understanding of patient billing processes and procedures. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with excellent alpha-numeric data entry skills.
