About the Role We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on the US market. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for proposing solutions to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. Your role will involve researching and explaining our services to customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. Additionally, you will be instrumental in guiding and assisting users with any queries they may have, as well as evaluating updates to our products to recommend potential improvements. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer support to US-based clients via email and chat, addressing a range of topics including payments, invoicing, and account management Research and explain our services to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products Guide and assist users with any queries they may have, providing timely and effective solutions Evaluate updates to our products and recommend potential improvements to enhance the customer experience Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure seamless support and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase, with a strong ability to adapt to changing environments Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and a eagerness to learn and grow with the company Added Values: The following skills and experiences are considered added values, but are not essential requirements: Previous experience working in start-up or scale-up environments, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth Experience with HTML/CSS, with a basic understanding of web development principles Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix), with the ability to navigate and manage content management systems Experience with Google Tag Manager, with a basic understanding of digital analytics and tracking Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in these languages Location and Work Environment At arenaflex, we believe in the power of remote work and offer a fully remote work arrangement.
