About the Role We believe that ordering and obtaining contact lenses should be a seamless and affordable experience. As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through our LiveEngage platform and providing top-notch support to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities Answer 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage platform, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving problems and creating a positive customer experience Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, and continuously strive for improvement Embody our company values: Big Hearted, Unconventional, Tenacious, and Better Together, in every interaction with customers and colleagues Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience 2-3 years minimum customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Great typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and technical proficiency in using computer systems and software Reliable internet connection, with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better, and a private, dedicated workspace that promotes confidentiality Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and maintain a high level of availability and dependability Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Experience with LiveEngage or similar chat platforms, and a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in our customer base Previous experience working in the vision care industry, with a strong understanding of contact lenses and related products Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base pay of $15.00 per hour, plus bonus potential of up to $6/hr.
