As a Chat Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from approved states, with a flexible schedule that includes shifts between 5 AM and 11 PM MST. You will also receive comprehensive training, a competitive starting base pay of $15.00 per hour, and bonus potential of up to $6/hr. Key Responsibilities Answer 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage platform, providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, while living our company values: Big Hearted, Unconventional, Tenacious, Better Together Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience 2-3 years minimum customer service experience Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment Familiarity with LiveEngage or similar chat platforms Knowledge of the vision care industry or contact lens products Experience with performance metrics and quality assurance Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to fostering growth and development in our employees.
