Key Responsibilities Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business procedures, and comply with departmental standards Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Technology Teams Participate in systems and acceptance testing Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You should also have a basic understanding of data security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and practices. Additionally, experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm, ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and business analysis, process modeling, and optimization is desirable. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile philosophies, coursework, or experience related to Cybersecurity, and past investigator internship experience within the last year are also preferred.
