Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing tasks related to our paid in-stage content advancement group. Your primary focus will be on laying out measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation frameworks and tools, and optimizing data solutions for budget and mission estimation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with advertising campaign managers, operations, and our central analysis group to assemble data and metrics requirements. Manage and optimize integrated reporting for internal advertising spend and performance. Lead audits, improve data processes surrounding data flow, and ensure data accuracy. Manage in-house processes for advertising experimentation. Track and log ongoing studies/tests across arenaflex platforms. Build automation to improve data accuracy and scalability. Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables. Collaborate with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data integrity/accuracy issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation and relevant work experience. The minimum qualifications for this position include: BA or BS degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of experience in SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.). Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience building/working distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources. Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances. Experience working independently and a history of stepping up. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have: Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training. Experience working with data analysis tools and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with team members virtually.
