Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Sales Specialist to lead go-to-market strategies and business plays, manage campaigns, and provide feedback to our Product and Global Solutions teams. As an answer sales leader within our direct enterprise business organization, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and their leaders, helping to shape their cloud and data analytics strategy and enable digital transformation. Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in improving their productivity and harnessing the power of our products to make their organizations more efficient, collaborative, and accessible to their customers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain executive relationships with clients as a data analytics informed authority, influencing long-term strategic direction for new and existing clients, as well as blithequark Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs) Develop and execute strategic account plans, including an enterprise plan across key industries, with a focus on building accounts and driving revenue growth Help clients identify use cases suitable for blithequark cloud data management and analytics solutions, articulating key solution differentiators and quantifiable business impacts Collaborate with blithequark Sales and Technical teams to develop pipelines and provide expertise to create Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives with blithequark Cloud Platform partners Align the business against targets and key outcomes to accurately forecast the state of the business for the domain Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or data management software Experience working with architects or customer technical teams to build business cases and accompanying plans for execution Experience with planning, pitching, and sending an off-site sales system Experience with business and legal agreements with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: Experience with data analysis technology stack (e.g., Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Hadoop/Spark Data lakes, Columnar Data Warehouses, Data Streaming, ETL, and Data management) Experience with market-leading Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analysis middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies Knowledge of blithequark Cloud Data and Analytics offerings (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, etc.) Ability to design, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish sales and customer transformation process aligned to data and analytics Skill and Competency Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills and competencies, including: Technical skills: proficiency in data analysis, data warehousing, and data management software, as well as experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms Business acumen: strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and customer needs, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth Communication and interpersonal skills: excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners Problem-solving and analytical skills: strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop insights to inform business decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
