You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a contract-to-hire position with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days per week once fully trained. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Excel and other data entry software * Handle phone calls from clients with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner * Review and verify data for accuracy, ensuring the integrity of our systems and data * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information properly, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies * Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes and exceptional customer service **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is preferred * Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and familiarity with various computer systems and software * Ability to input large volumes of data within specified timeframes, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex's benefits solutions and services * Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic **Career Growth and Development Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
